The August Vilas Neighborhood Association council meeting will take place this coming Wednesday, August 24 at 7 PM via Zoom.

We will be having Ms. Filion from Laura Garden at 1403 Regent St. to discuss possible changes to her business plan and alcohol license application.
The Zoning committee will be giving a brief update on the TOD (Transit Oriented Development) overlay that was discussed at the last Plan Commission meeting. Click here for a document detailing that meeting.
Given the concerns with the TOD, we are working on scheduling special meetings to discuss the issue. Dates are to be determined.
