1. We will be discussing and taking a position on a liquor license application for Laura Garden, Inc. 1403 Regent St. We hope the owner of this business will be in attendance to answer any questions.
2. We will be discussing and deciding on if the VNA Council should take a position in support of retaining the exemption for National Register Historic Districts from the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) overlay district, as originally proposed. Please see this document for background information on this topic and for more resources. This could potentially impact zoning in our neighborhood.
Neighbor input is always welcome and especially encouraged when matters such as possible alcohol licenses and zoning changes come up!
